  • SSO Integrations: DeepStream offers Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities as a standard feature, enhancing overall corporate security. Your team can use established login details from other third-party systems to access DeepStream.

How do Suppliers use DeepStream?

DeepStream facilitates seamless communication and cooperation between your organisation and its Suppliers. Here's an overview of how it works:

  • Communication Hub: DeepStream provides a centralised communication hub where you and your Suppliers can interact. This includes exchanging messages, sharing documents, and providing clarifications at a line item level.
  • Real-time Updates: The platform enables real-time updates of the status of your Supplier Pre-Qualification, RFx and Contracts. This transparency helps both you and your Suppliers stay informed about the progress of the bid process.
  • Document Sharing: Both Buyers and Suppliers can upload and share essential documents directly through the platform. This includes NDAs, certifications, contracts, and any other documentation required for the procurement process. Buyers can also upload documents for Suppliers to either agree to or offer a deviation.
  • Collaborative Workflows: DeepStream streamlines collaborative workflows, allowing for efficient collaboration on specific tasks or projects. This ensures that both Buyers and Suppliers are on the same page, reducing misunderstandings and delays. DeepStream offers a collaboration function where Buyers can invite in third parties (such as consultants) who can either have access to the entire request or certain sections to either edit, comment, view or all!

Unlike other providers our implementation and onboarding costs are included within the plan you choose. No need for expensive third party implementation partners!
