What does your typical day look like?
The best thing about working remotely is that I’ve replaced the stressful commuting time with some healthy habits.
I start my day with 20-20-20 morning routine (developed by Robin Sharma):
- 20 minutes stretching and exercise – sweating releases BDNF so I’ll be more efficient and creative during the day
- 20 minutes of meditation – best for increased focus and problem-solving of daily challenges
- 20 minutes of learning – read a book or watch some short tech tutorials
Then I’ll plan the day by filling the ‘daily stand up’, catch up with the team and start pumping = implementing new features, debugging errors and fixing bugs.
In the afternoon, I have a 4-6min HIIT workout to clear my head and increase my productivity in the second part of the day.
What music do you listen to when you work?
Music without lyrics to help me to get into the flow state: binaural beats, low bpm techno
